• In what regions is the app available?

  The Volkswagen UK Car Configurator app is available in all regions that the iTunes store supports. The vehicle range shown in the app is the UK range.

• Which devices will the new app work on?

  The app will work on all iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices with iOS 5.0 onwards.

• How do I remove the app?

  To remove the app from your device, hold down the Volkswagen UK Car Configurator app icon on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. When the icon begins to 'shake' click the black delete icon. To delete the app from your iTunes account, highlight the app with your cursor and press the 'delete' key.

• How do I give Volkswagen feedback on how the app can be improved?

  We would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions on how the app can be improved. Simply select ‘Feedback’ from the top navigation of the Volkswagen UK website and then select ‘I have a suggestion’. You can also leave us feedback via our app page in the iTunes store.
