Our Business Centre team is unique as it is integrated into our business, rather than being outsourced to separate offices. Yes, we’re sure some of the team might prefer overseas locations. We let them go there on holidays.
This ensures a ‘one business’ attitude, as the team not only supports our Area Fleet Managers and retailers, it provides customers with up-to-date information on our products, prices and services.
As well as taking all incoming calls, in 2008, Business Centre Executives will make over 50,000 proactive calls to our customers. They probably made one while you were reading this.
Opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
