A fixed cost maintenance plan lets you budget for your servicing, maintenance and tyres over 12 to 36 months so you can budget more accurately and avoid any costly spikes in your motoring outgoings.

Making Your Life Easier
Once you've chosen your fixed cost maintenance plan, using it is simple:
- When your Volkswagen requires servicing or maintenance, contact your local retailer or authorised repairer to book your car in
- The retailer will contact us for authorisation to carry out the work
- You will be asked to sign only for the completion of the job
- Invoices for the authorised work will be met directly by us
- You have access to service and maintenance from the Volkswagen network throughout the UK
- If the tyre option is included, you have the support of some 800 suppliers nationwide
