Types of plans available?
There are only two types of plans available to keep things as easy and simple as possible. One for Volkswagens that are under 90 days old and one for Volkswagens which are over 90 days old.

Who is entitled to a plan?
Anybody who owns a Volkswagen vehicle that is under 8 years old with less than 80,000 miles on the clock.

What's not included?
The service includes service items specified within our recommended service schedule for a particular vehicle. Any work outside of this schedule, including any wear and tear items such as cambelts, brake pads and brake discs, is not included. For full terms and conditions please visit your local retailer.

When do I need to get one?
You can purchase a Service Plan at any time as long as your vehicle is less than 8 years old and has covered less than 80,000 miles at the beginning of the plan.

How do I go about getting one?
All you need to do is to call or visit your local participating retailer. You can find your local retailer by clicking on ?find your nearest retailer? on the owners page.

What happens when the plan comes to an end?
Like the reminder you receive when a service is due you will receive a reminder that the plan is coming to an end. You will then be given details on how you can apply for a new plan.

What happens if I need extra work?
If your car has needed any additional work or replacement of maintenance items, these will need to be paid for. Volkswagen retailers offer competitive pricing through key initiatives such as Service Promise (click here) and Fixed Price Servicing for older vehicles (click here). Ask your retailer for full details.
