When do I need to get one?

How do I go about getting one?
All you need to do is to call or visit your local participating retailer. You can find your local retailer by clicking on ?find your nearest retailer? on the owners page.
What happens when the plan comes to an end?
Like the reminder you receive when a service is due you will receive a reminder that the plan is coming to an end. You will then be given details on how you can apply for a new plan.
What happens if I need extra work?
If your car has needed any additional work or replacement of maintenance items, these will need to be paid for. Volkswagen retailers offer competitive pricing through key initiatives such as Service Promise (click here) and Fixed Price Servicing for older vehicles (click here).
