Retail Sales Advisor. We are a family owned business seeking to recruit a retail sales advisor , who will become an integral part of our successful sales team. Responsibilities to include maximising retail sales and profitability through the satisfaction and retention of our loyal customer base, developing new business to meet and exceed sales targets. Candidates should have proven customer care skills, previous sales background an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, a full driving licence and a good standard of general education. You must be ambitious, self motivated with enthusiasm and the drive to succeed.
