Adapter Suspension

An adaptive air suspension system keeps your car at a constant level on both axles, whatever its load. Four height sensors continuously monitor the distance between the axles and the body. If the control unit detects a variation from the specified distance, it activates a compressor to balance the pressure in the spring elements by way of solenoid valves. The correct position is regained within fractions of a second. Adaptive suspension boosts your driving safety and ride comfort by stopping your car's rear suspension from sinking when you're loaded up. The speed-sensitive adjustment to different car levels helps to save fuel and improves handling and performance. Differential locks in the axle springs also improve cornering stability.
