Fuel Injection
A system that meters fuel delivery to an engine by measuring its needs via sensors, regulating fuel flow and injecting pressurised fuel into the cylinder (TDI), into a pre-chamber (conventional diesels) or just ahead of the intake valve (petrol engines).
