Climatronic

Climatronic air conditioning regulates the temperature inside your car, ensuring an optimum climate in all conditions. Select the setting and it adjusts blower speed and operates the air distribution flaps automatically. The system's electronic control monitors key influences, such as the position of the sun and the outside temperature, and adds more or less cool air accordingly. Integrating the control unit into the CAN data bus means extra features can be added. These include the automatic switch to air recirculation mode whenever the windscreen is washed to stop unwanted smells inside the car. Climatronic also has a defrost function to clear fogged or iced-up windscreens. If the outside temperature is above 0°C, the cooling system cuts in to dry the air before it is heated. Climatronic maintains a pleasant atmosphere in your car, keeping your powers of concentration sharp and your passengers more comfortable.
