Volkswagen Touran Review
16 July 2015
Very much geared to family life, the new Touran comes with seven seats as standard and thanks to a growth spurt offers more space inside with more luggage capacity too.
The second and third rows and the front passenger backrest can be collapsed to create a flat floor, without having to remove the seats, to create a long load-through space. With five seats in place there’s 917 litres of boot space on offer which grows to 1,857 litres when both rear seat rows are folded flat.
With a keen focus on practicality, there are up to 47 storage compartments throughout the car, including large door bins, cupholders, folding tray tables and sliding drawers under the front seats.
