This includes breakdown and recovery services all year-round, at home or on the roadside, in the UK and Europe, with no limit on call outs.
Prior to delivery, our fully qualified technicians give all Volkswagen Approved Used cars a comprehensive workshop inspection with over 100 individual checks, followed by a road test as well as a status check to validate vehicle history, mileage and ensure there is no outstanding finance. We’ll even provide a copy of the report when you collect your car. Rest assured all service work has been completed if due within 6 months.

This certificate details your car’s entire Volkswagen Approved Used retailer network history, for example routine servicing work. It also verifies the cars identity and status of the warranty.
You can be sure of your car's history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.

If for any reason you want to change the car - maybe you have second thoughts, or it doesn't fit in your garage - you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer you bought your car from has an available vehicle in their stock.
