The Polo GTI certainly can’t be overlooked – thanks to its IQ.LIGHT Matrix LED headlights, among other features. The innovative technology allows specific LED segments to be switched on or off deliberately so that you can drive with main beam permanently on, without blinding other road users.¹ And of course, if a feature is that impressive on the front, the rear has to have it as well: striking LED tail light clusters with sequential turn signals and an animated brake light. As soon as you start the engine and these light up, it’s clear that the Polo GTI loves to leave the competition in the dust.

When you sit in the Polo GTI, you will be greeted by a look that combines classic GTI design elements with a fresh look. Elements such as the red trim strip, the GTI steering wheel clip and the legendary tartan pattern meet touch surfaces such as those for the Climatronic air conditioning system as well as the 26.04 cm (10.25-inch) Digital Cockpit Pro. Last but not least, the Polo GTI also delivers the ultimate sound experience with its 'Discover media navigation including Internet and Streaming' as standard with its 8" TFT colour screen.

The premium sport seats included as standard offer optimal side support to make cornering even more enjoyable, while the lumbar support cushions your back during kickdown. The front and rear centre seat panels come in the legendary Jacara tartan fabric as standard. Alternatively, you may decide to purchase the ArtVelours optional interior package, which includes elegant ArtVelours centre seat panels as well as heated Sport Comfort seats in the front.

The interior of the Polo GTI is all about innovative user comfort – including the leather touch multifunctional sports steering wheel, which ensures you have everything perfectly under control. Use touch controls to navigate through the intelligent menu guide and access a wealth of functions in the Digital Cockpit Pro or the Discover Media Navigation system, with a soft vibration confirming your input. This solution means you’ll never have to take your hands off the wheel – or your eyes off the road. 

With its huge glazed area which stretches beyond the full width of the roof, the optional electric panoramic tilting/sliding roof is a striking feature in itself. Not just bathing the interior with light, it offers a clear view of the sky above, and when opened lets the sunshine and fresh air in. You choose how much of this you want: the roof can be adjusted or fully opened, and when the sun is shining strong, the tinted glass and high-quality roller blind ensure that the interior remains at a comfortable temperature.
