How it works

We're sure you'll love your new ID. model, however if it's not right for you, you can return your car between 80 to 100 days after your handover. Once it's been returned, you'll receive a refund minus reasonable costs like damage, modification repairs, depreciation, Ohme wall box charges and finance deductions⁠⁠

Part exchanges will be refunded but not returned. All accessories must be removed without damaging the vehicle or left on the vehicle. Returns maybe refused if non-approved accessories fitted or if removal has caused damage. Customers are responsible for cancelling ancillary contracts and for any charges in doing so.
