VW Connect Shop
Flexibly expand your Volkswagen with additional services and functions. The web-based VW Connect Shop can be accessed via various devices and browsers. Your bookings will be linked directly to your vehicle.

In-Car Shop
The extended version of the VW Connect Shop – available directly in the vehicle. Here you can discover additional digital extras and easily load them via the infotainment system.

The Volkswagen app enables you to conveniently access the digital services for your Volkswagen. You need to have the app installed to activate them and connect your vehicle. The app gives you access to the services of VW Connect, We Connect or Car‑Net and can, for example, create an itinerary and check the vehicle status. And you can use We Charge to charge your vehicle and pay on the move, making it particularly convenient.

We offer a wide range of apps and digital services for your infotainment system, directly in your vehicle – from entertainment and navigation to practical options that provide an everyday helping hand.

In addition to Volkswagen apps, many third-party applications are also available here. These applications are available exclusively from the In-Car Shop and extend the offer in the VW Connect Shop to include additional functions for use specifically in your vehicle. Some of these services require an active data connection. Data plans from external mobile phone providers can be used for this purpose – easily and conveniently, directly in the vehicle.

myVolkswagen is your Volkswagen customer portal and the main interface to your ID. Here you can manage your personal customer profile, check the current vehicle status, keep an eye on contracts and subscriptions and access digital extras.

    Volkswagen Park Assist Pro

    Park Assist Pro identifies suitable parking spaces directly via your vehicle's sensors as you drive past. It then actively assists you when parking or exiting a parking space. You can keep an eye on the manoeuvre at all times and intervene if necessary.*

    With the right app on your smartphone, you can even start or finish parking manoeuvres from outside the vehicle, which is handy when parking in narrow spaces that make it difficult to get out, for example.

    maps + more

    Customised. The Volkswagen maps + more app (iOS and Android) developed for the up! and e‑up! fully integrates your smartphone into your on-board and infotainment system. It allows you to show the multifunction display, listen to music from your smartphone, control the radio functions, navigate offline with 2D and 3D maps and search for your destination and radio stations using handwriting recognition, for example. You can also use handwriting recognition to search through your phone book, call lists and music files.
